Bloemfontein Celtic will be aiming to move back up the DStv Premiership standings on Tuesday when they host high-flying SuperSport United at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium.
Phunya Sele Sele have struggled for consistency this season and experienced their lowest ebb on Saturday as they were hammered 4-0 by Cape Town City in the Nedbank Cup round of 32.
The Free State outfit are 12th in the league table after winning only three of their 14 games so far this campaign.
Celtic's last league encounter was away at AmaZulu, who handed them a 4-3 defeat with a stoppage-time strike from Tapelo Xoki.
"It is very disappointing that we lost the game and we conceded soft goals but, in a game, where you score three goals you must be able to win the game," coach John Maduka said after the defeat at Usuthu.
"So, it is something we have to continue working on especially when it comes to our defence because you can only win games if you defend well."
SuperSport have enjoyed an impressive run of form in the league and are up in second position, five points behind Sundowns but with a game in hand over the leaders.
Matsatsantsa are unbeaten in their last 10 league fixtures and have lost only twice, against Orlando Pirates and Golden Arrows.
The Pretoria outfit did, however, suffer a setback last week as they were knocked out of the Nedbank Cup 1-0 by Tshakhuma Tsha Madzhivhandila.
The last time these two sides met was last month when SuperSport beat Celtic 2-1.
