Bidvest Wits have a mathematical chance of still challenging for the Premiership title when they take on improving Baroka in Saturday's clash at Bidvest Stadium in Johannesburg.
Wits have 48 points with two matches remaining in 2018/19 and they are five points behind co-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.
While it seems unlikely - the Clever Boys require both sides to drop points while they need to pick up wins over Bakgaga and Golden Arrows in their final two matches in order to take the title.
With that said, coach Gavin Hunt appears to already be thinking about improving his squad for next season - with a title challenge no longer a realistic possibility.
He said: "The biggest mistake was that we let our team get old together last year, and I think that affected us. Once we got a bit more legs back in the team we were better. That's the focus, get more legs."
Meanwhile, the away side appear to be on the verge of safety under coach Wedson Nyirenda.
Baroka are in 12th place on 28 points and come into the league contest after picking up four out of a possible six points in their last two games (2-2 with Free State Stars and a 1-0 win over AmaZulu).
A victory for the Telkom Knockout champions will secure survival in the current campaign.
In team news, Ricardo Goss is likely to once again expected to start in goal for Bafana Bafana number one Darren Keet. The keeper is being left out as he is refusing to sign a new deal with the Students.
Kickoff in Saturday's clash is 15:00 in Johannesburg.
