Longford lost 1-0 and will be aiming to get back to winning ways and return to the top of the league, while Galway will be looking for their second away win in their last six away matches. 

Longford had been on a fantastic unbeaten run of 10 league matches until May since they had three defeats in four matches, but they enjoy the best defensive record in the league, having conceded only seven goals and they've kept eight clean sheets so far.  

It could be another clean sheet for the home team tonight, but we don't it will be an easy task from them. Galway kept their third clean sheet in the league last Friday against Cabinteely from the top of the league and will go into this match with renewed confidence.
