Darrell Clarke to make changes for Port Vales clash with Bradford
Port Vale boss Darrell Clarke will continue to rotate his team for the Sky Bet League Two clash with Bradford.
With the Valiants safe from relegation after a run of seven wins in eight games, Clarke is expected to use the remaining games to look at his options for next season.
Three changes were made for the 2-0 win at Barrow with Mark Cullen, Kurtis Guthrie and Scott Burgess called up at the expense of James Gibbons, Theo Robinson and Devante Rodney.
Defender David Fitzpatrick has undergone an operation on an unspecified injury and will miss the rest of the season.
Bradford striker Lee Novak could make his long-awaited comeback from a knee injury at Vale Park.
Novak has not played since facing the same opponents at Valley Parade in late December.
“Lee’s close and could potentially be ready for the weekend,” co-manager Mark Trueman said.
Forward Danny Rowe has been an unused substitute for the last two games and could miss out altogether if Novak is given the green light to play.
