Lions check on Thompson ahead of Barnsley clash

Millwall will check on the fitness of Ben Thompson ahead of their home game against bottom club Barnsley.
The midfielder needed a scan this week after suffering an ankle injury at Derby and he looks to be a doubt.
However, as Thompson was a substitute at Pride Park, his absence would not prevent Lions boss Gary Rowett from naming an unchanged team for the third game in a row, following back-to-back victories.
Shane Ferguson (knee) continues to work his way back while Ryan Leonard (rib), Frank Fielding (quad muscle), Tom Elliott (hamstring) and Jason McCarthy (toe) remain out injured.
Barnsley will be without the suspended Alex Mowatt after his yellow card last weekend.
The midfielder was booked for the fifth time this season during the 5-3 win against QPR and he will serve a one-match ban on Saturday.
Ben Williams missed that game due to a muscle problem and the full-back will be assessed ahead of the Tykes travelling down to London.
Fellow defender Aapo Halme (ankle) remains a doubt while striker Mallik Wilks has been laid low by illness of late and has not played for Barnsley in over a month.
